Anyone can be impacted by trauma, and trauma affects the body. Touch can be a big part of your healing journey but touch can also be vulnerable and triggering. TIM aims to work around your trauma to help you have a positive experience with massage & reconnect to your body. No hands on work will occur & your privacy will be respected.

Headache & Migraine

We usually find a muscular connection to headaches. We can’t change your triggers, but with massage & nervous system regulation we usually see a reduction in frequency & severity of headaches & migraines.

Learn typical headache patterns and their muscular connections, self-massage techniques that are effective & soothing to the nervous system, assessment of the neck and shoulders for stability and postural correction, and self-care (movement/stretching and strengthening)

Vagus nerve health (nervous system regulation)

The vagus nerve controls our resting nervous system, getting us out of fight/flight/freeze. It is also the gut-brain connection and our mind-body connection.

Vagus nerve massage & stimulation is incredibly soothing and is good for:
